I am a top-performing account leader at Westcoast, the UK's largest IT distributor, where I own a portfolio of 24 strategic accounts generating £62m in annual revenue and £2.5m in gross profit. My relationships span CEOs, CFOs, Managing Directors and Sales Directors. I deliver true value by understanding my customers' business goals and leveraging my relationships with key vendors and the wider resource available across the IT channel, working alongside Apple, Dell, HP, HPE and Lenovo.
My path into the channel is certainly unconventional. I started as a carpenter, ran client relationships for brands like Disney, and moved my way into IT on the strength of how I manage people and commercial outcomes. I wouldn't change that experience for the world. I build trust quickly, deliver with discipline, and do not let details slip.
