About.

I am a top-performing account leader at Westcoast, the UK's largest IT distributor, where I own a portfolio of 24 strategic accounts generating £62m in annual revenue and £2.5m in gross profit. My relationships span CEOs, CFOs, Managing Directors and Sales Directors. I deliver true value by understanding my customers' business goals and leveraging my relationships with key vendors and the wider resource available across the IT channel, working alongside Apple, Dell, HP, HPE and Lenovo.

My path into the channel is certainly unconventional. I started as a carpenter, ran client relationships for brands like Disney, and moved my way into IT on the strength of how I manage people and commercial outcomes. I wouldn't change that experience for the world. I build trust quickly, deliver with discipline, and do not let details slip.

I am now looking to step up into a new role where I can shape strategy, lead bigger teams, and turn client relationships into long-term growth engines.

  • Own 24 strategic accounts generating £62m in annual revenue and £2.5m in gross profit, holding c-suite relationships across CEOs, CFOs, MDs and Sales Directors.
  • Grew account book by £12m year-on-year in 2024–25, becoming top performer in the Focus Team.
  • Onboarded 6 new business accounts worth £700k in net new revenue over the past two years.
  • Build and execute strategic joint business plans by understanding customers' goals and where I can add true value to their business with Tier 1 vendors such as Apple, Dell, HP, HPE and Lenovo. This includes go-to-market plays, deployment, funding, and ensuring ROI is maximised for both customer and vendor.
  • Introduce margin-rich vendors and new pillars of business into existing accounts, expanding wallet share without adding headcount.
  • Manage and mentor 7 account managers, with several on track to progress into BDM roles.
